After migrating my Thunderbird profile from Windows 7 to Windows 10, encrypted sending and receiving is no longer possible.

Hello sfhowes and thanks for your support. GDATA's AV was the Problem. The certificates had to be supplemented. Now everything works fine.

Does the W10 computer have a security/AV program scanning SSL (secure) connections?
