Spam is invisible in one of three addresses.

I have three email addresses that I added to TB (thunderbird). The main address I have is #1. I can't see the messages in the spam folder for this address. Address #2 is OK I can see my spam messages here. Address #3 is also OK I can see my spam messages here. How do I correct this so I can see my spam messages in address #1. What I mean by "main address" is this is my primary address for my Internet provider. #2 and #3 are secondary addresses in that provider which is cox.net. Can I get help to see my spam?
