I have many email accounts, each opened in own tab.

Is there a way to display number of unread messages in the Tab text (name), for example:

Now: Inbox - name.lastname@gmail.com

Looking for something like this: Inbox (7) - name.lastname@gmail.com

Searched for add ons or solutions, couldn't find it.

This can be done with the QuickFolders add-on. See the 'Tab Content' picture in the General Options section.
