all my addresses in my address book have dissapeared

When I checked my second computer (laptop)all the entries in my collected addresses have gone,personal address book seems intact.

not sure exactly when this occurred,but must have been in the last couple of days.

6 weeks ago Windows recommended that I should install a fresh copy of Windows which I did.Firefox and Thunderbird were removed and I reinstalled them.
