move one email address from backup HD to regular HD

TB 60.5.0 Win 7 Have TB on main Hard Drive (HD) with multiple email addresses. Accidentally deleted one of these email addresses (inbox, sent, everything) Have backup HD clone with missing email address and all data still intact. How can I move just this one email address and all its data (inbox, sent, etc) to my main HD. Cannot move the whole profile as the backup is 10 days old, I would loose all email data generated in the last 10 days. No new email data has been created in the missing email address in the last 10 days. TIA
