Any link I hit gives two options in Chinese, my settings are US English, but it keeps going to Chinese.

If you don't have a lot of saved sites / bookmarks or stored passwords, you may want to try deleting data and cache and do a full uninstall and reinstall.

You may also want to scan your device for malware with a reputable application.
