Firefox not lauching and using all cpu ressoruce en rds

Hi,

In my company we are using firefox with remote desktop service. This works fine the major party of time but somethimes it is impossible to lauch firefox and it use all the cpu ressource. Example : 2 or 3 users have firefox opened and there is no problem, and then an other user lauch firefox but it does not open, only the process lauch and user 100% of the cpu. The other firefox from the other user works proprely. To make work firefox on new user again, we need to stop all the firefox process and then lauch firefox again.
