Passwords pasted from 1Password show as plain text on websites using Firefox for Android

Hello, folks

I am using 1Password to store my passwords. In order to log in to a website, I have to copy the password from 1Password and paste it into the password area of the website. That's easy enough - the problem is that my password is pasted as plain text. It stays that way for about two seconds, and then turns into the usual row of dots. I've tried this on half a dozen websites, and it happens on all of them. I've tried the same thing on Firefox for Mac, and the password shows up as a row of dots, as expected.

I've searched through support, and the settings for both Firefox and Android, and haven't found a way to prevent my passwords from being exposed. Can anyone help me out?

I'm running Firefox for Android version 63.0.2 and 1Password for Android version 7.0.7 under Android 8.0.0 on a Motorola moto g(6). In the Firefox settings, I have Privacy->"Remember logins" and Privacy->"Use master password" turned off. In the Android/phone settings, I have "Security and Location"->"Show passwords (Display characters briefly as you type)" turned off.

Thank you.
