Quit manue is not shown

Hello there

I noticed that sometimes some options in the manue - for example: Quit - are missing. I don't know why? But after I close the browser and then reopen it again, all missing options are back and again. I've configured my browser to clear all history and cached data when i press Quit.

This problem occure randomly.

Is it a bug? Or is it something in my side?
