Recent OS Update in August 2018 has generated several operating Glitches ie

System crashes / reboots suddenly for no apparent reason.

Mail in Hub & Yahoo mail will not Open... instead returns to Home screen

Cannot add a 2nd email account to Yahoo Mail.... Instead it returns to Home screen

Flashlight won't stay ON.

Above malfunctions all worked properly before recent OS Update
