As above. I chose to have a masterpassword, but it wouldn't work. It kept telling me it was wrong. So I 'reset' it and then unchecked use master password box. But it still keeps asking! How can I make it stop?? I have version 60.0.1 32 bit.

Do you currently have passwords stored in the Password Manager? If you have then make sure to take a note.

Try to remove the logins.json and key4.db and key3.db files in the profile folder with Firefox closed.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
