Checking to what e-mails I'd sent today I found that the last one was dated 2011. I'm not aware of doing anything which could affect the program or its setup (like new AV software). E-mails have actually been sent successfully since I noticed the problem but do not appear in the sent folder

- there's no filter set on the SENT mailbox - when I try to repair the folder I get an Alert "The operation failed because another operation is using the folder. Please wait for that operation to finish and then try again" - waited a long time with no change - closed Thunderbird then re-opened. Same Alert message - rebooted PC & tried repair again. Same Alert - copied the whole Thunderbird folder & saved it - uninstalled Thunderbird then renamed profile folder [user name]\Appdata\local\Thunderbird to keep safe - reinstalled Thunderbird and set up accounts anew pointing to the folders holding e-mails on D: drive - first 2 accounts are fine (there never was a problem with these) - third account - the one with problems - still shows no e-mails after 2011 & Repair Folder get the same Alert as above

I've run out of ideas. Windows 10 Pro up to date software & firmware Thunderbird 60.0 now installed
