I started having these popstatxx.dat files appearing a few days ago. Renaming and deleting these empty folders(files) is ok whilst I have machine open. Shut down and they reappear on opening. Answers in plain English please as at 80+ i haven;t time or patience to deal with this technical jargon. These files appeared after I had problems upgrading Adobe. Any idea if this may have done something? Many thanks.
