I have 2 email accounts loaded on thunderbird - the one I use for work and my personal one. Currently my utility bill is sent to my work email and I haven't yet managed to get them to change the address to my personal email, so I tried to create a filter to automatically forward these emails from my work email to my personal email (I created the filter within thunderbird). The filter didn't work and instead ALL the emails coming in to my work email then automatically forwarded to my personal email. I deleted the filter but all the mail coming to my work email is still forwarding to my personal email. HELP! (I am not a tech genius so please explain to me in PLAIN ENGLISH how I can fix this problem!)
