Firefox 60, Ubuntu 18.04, Double Audio Stream when viewing YouTube Videos

I am experiencing an issue when opening youtube videos. I get a Delyed second Audio Stream in the background that I cant control. I am running Firefox 60 on Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver. Is there a way to stop this as its not fun having to go to Chromium to view YouTube Videos. -Brian-
