How can I increase the delay/amount of time you have to scroll down a page for the awesome bar to reappear?

When I'm reading articles, I often scroll up and because of that, Firefox exits out of full screen and the awesome bar (or address bar; whatever you wanna call it). A short swipe upwards causes this to happen. Do any of you know if I can make it so that exiting out of full screen requires a longer swipe up?
