I have a pop up that has taken over Firefox and I can’t get rid of it. I won’t be using Firefox until I can get rid of it. Any suggestions?

This pop up takes over my Firefox browser page and I can’t do anything with the browser. I have tried updating the IOS. Restarting the iPad and several other suggested “fixes” which haven’t done anything. It also popped up on my Safari when I tried to use that. I do not want to answer this thing but there seems to be no way around it. Any suggestions? By the way, the Firefox I’m using has no button/tab in the settings menu to clear website/internet data and cookies. Which I find interesting because most of the forums suggest there should be one available.
