Desktop bookmarks access through IOS version is badly designed

I love Firefox for its speed, look, design and privacy. I have one major problem preventing me from converting from Chrome to Firefox, and it's the design of the bookmarks. On the desktop version, Firefox is perfect, I use my personal bookmark bar to quickly access my bookmarks. However, when I try to access the same synchronized bookmarks on my iPad, I have to:

1-tap the address bar 2-tap the star bookmarks icon 3-tap the desktop bookmark folder 4-tap the personal bookmark bar

On chrome (desktop and IOS), the bookmark bar is there and I can access my bookmarks instantaneously, without these 4 extra steps.

A poor workaround is to copy my bookmarks from my Firefox personal bookmark bar folder for the desktop to the mobile bookmark folder, however, each time I make a change to my bookmarks, I'll need to manually do it on both folders. Even with this solution, I still need to go through steps 1 and 2, where with Chrome they're always there without any steps.

My humble request as I would really like to move to Firefox, is to add the same desktop personal bookmark toolbar to IOS.

Thank you for your consideration.
