can't authenticate successfully using NTLM Credentials dialog

Hi,

I have my IIS set up with Anonymous Authentication DISABLED and Windows Authentication ENABLED.

When i browse to my site, I get the pop up dialog. I enter my login info: DOMAIN\username But the window keeps popping up. If I enter a username that has admin access to the IIS machine then it successfully authenticates.

In chrome / Edge I have no issues with the same username.

How do I debug the cause?
