I'm asking myself what i should do to understand if I should have the most important role since I'm disabled from hematoma with brain surgery 12 yrs ago?

I'm disabled but I'm not dead yet and I don't always say things correctly in case because I can't seem to constantly be lost in my "what's next if i can't work?" I have a mild aphasia with anxiety and bipolar also with small seuzures....?...yet I'm still alive. I don't give up easy, obviously but my Samsung galaxy amp 2 gives me the most important to me. Can I somehow managed to do something better for people like me?
