After upgrade to 57.0 I cannot connect to my router with it's self-signed certificate. Getting error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

the options: security.tls.insecure_fallback_hosts -> added the IP of router security.tls.version.fallback-limit -> changed from 3 to 1

none of the option's change helped.
