Firefox Quantum doesn't show pdfs in browser window.

When trying to view a pdf in the browser, all I see now is blank pages and not the pdf. In order to view the pdf I have to download it. This is not an internet speed issue, as I've tried it with several different size pdfs and have waited for 10 minutes for a one page pdf but it still remains blank.
