cant get or send emails on laptop but other computer and phone work , have error messages in console

Was working fine, moved my location with Brighthouse , stopped working. Brighthouse got it back on my other computer and phone, but my main laptop doesn't send/receive emails now. here is a screen pic of the error console.

I have checked the configuration settings against the devices that work and they are the same.

Not letting me upload a jpeg of the error console, but here are a few lines I copied.;
