Firefox Version: Android 47.0 Device: SAMSUNG SM-N920V ("Note 5") Android Version: 6.01, up to date

Add-ons: None (apart from the automatically installed OpenH264 Video Codec from Cisco Systems)

Steps to reproduce: going to any page on thehill.com will cause Firefox to crash if the page is fully loaded. If the page is mostly loaded (ie. so you can view the page completely) and the stop button is pressed, then Firefox will not crash. In order for me to read these articles, I need to press the stop button before the page fully loads each and every single time.

Other information: purging the cache/all data from Firefox did not help resolve this problem.

How can I resolve this issue? I am more than happy to provide any technical information necessary to help resolve the issue. I've probably submitted over 100 crash reports, so you guys probably have my data.

I posted a similar problem but received no response. I tried everything; reinstalling, clearing data, no plugins, different devices. It crashes everywhere, all the time, no matter what. The fix would be for mozilla to read these forums and add the sites which crash to the list of sites they should test before releasing new versions, but they don't. The workaround is to uninstall firefox and use chrome which is faster and doesn't crash.

I hate Chrome with a bloody passion. I'd rather stop the page on Firefox before full load than switch to Chrome. I might consider other browsers, however, if Mozilla doesn't at least acknowledge they are aware of this issue and provide some indication of prioritization or investigation & revolution.
