I unblocked a port in about:config but now I get another error message. Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at brad001.dyndns.org:53

at first trying to access brad001.dyndns.org:53 I got the message:

"This address uses a network port which is normally used for purposes other than web browsing. Firefox has canceled the request for your protection."

Then I googled for a solution and found this site:

http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.security.ports.banned.override

I did as told but now I get this error message:

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at cyi.dyndns.org:53. 

   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

pleas advise how to access this port on my LAN.
