Forward emails will not thread together
I have the conversation add on, the forward add on, have my emails set to thread. All my folders are threading together EXCEPT for one where I cannot get a forward to a message to thread to the original. Let me explain....I have a folder of new members. When our registrar team processes said email, they send a forward to a different email address than was originally sent to. This forward goes in its own place and will not thread onto the original email. How do I set this up so all forwards are threaded onto the original - the subject does not change, just the "to".
