We can't read your mind :-) so we need to ask the following questions to help you:

  1. What version of Firefox are you using? Firefox 37.0.1 for Android?
  2. What version of the Android operating system is on your phone or tablet. Lollipop 4.4? Jellybean 4.1-4.4? Lollipop 5? And also what phone or tablet are you using?
  3. Finally please tell us what you did, what happened and what you expected (exact info on what you mean by "sky ZIP 0.2.6" since I don't know anything about such an add-on. details please!) .
