Re: the rapid new tab issue
I can log onto two of my banking websites with no problems until I ask for a statement to be displayed in a new tab, and that is when the problem starts. I have NO problem on two other bank websites. Their support folks are scratching their heads.

In order to help, we need a bit more information about what is happening.
It sounds like there is an issue when you try to open your online banking system in a new tab. Could you please walk us through the steps you take, what happens, and any error messages you see?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
