as there is only facebook app i want facebook messenger on firefox maarket place with call feature as for android mobile and no other client i and my friends are intrested in this os and will ofcous buy this if it supports facebook messenger. Try to get fb messenger and whatsapp (without using any other third party)

Hi kshitijranjan,

I understand that you would like a native Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp to be made available on the Firefox Marketplace, and I share this same desire with you. =)

Unfortunately, the development depends only on those companies. There is not much that Mozilla or Firefox can do to force these companies to create an application from our system.

One thing that you, as a user, can do to help, is write to these companies sharing your desire to be able to use these applications natively on Firefox OS. By making an application for Firefox OS, these companies would be supporting Open Web standards, and the same application would be compatible with all browsers and all mobile devices.
