Having hang up and crash problems with Firefox for Android

I have a Galaxy 4 Active phone with Firefox dwnld as a browser. Firefox has always been my first choice on my PC as well as my mobile. But this mobile version has been very disappointing! It continuously hangs up, not responding to any actions whatsoever. Then it will either stop itself or display a pop up asking if I want to wait, report, or close. I don't know how to fix this problem. Can't find any solutions. Please help.

Hi Cpaulinew, Please check the connection as well as resetting the profile. This can be done from about:support in the url bar. Please take note that this will restore Firefox to its defaults and most addons and data will be lost.
