File Print causes Firefox to crash when Konica Minolta is default printer

When click on File Print and are printing to a Konica Minolta MFP, Firefox crashes as soon as you click on Print. Have followed the steps of resetting the printer in Firefox and no success. Have also removed and reinstalled printers.
