Why can't I see my device in the Connected Services list?

The devices currently connected to your Mozilla account can be viewed in your account settings under Connected Services.

Your device could be missing if you are using an outdated version of Firefox desktop, please update to the latest version.

If you are using the latest version of Firefox desktop, make sure your Sync is set to On.

Why do I see duplicates in the Connected Services list?

If you see a device or service listed multiple times (and you're sure that it is the same) in the Connected Services list, click Sign Out next to that device/service to remove it.

The current device will be listed first, followed by the most recent Sync device/service sign-ins.
