I'd like to subscribe and pay for Mozilla VPN on a PC and Android phone, but, don't want to initiate and pay for the subscription via Google Play. I'd rather manage the subscription for the service via a browser based interface on a PC, but, it seems like this is not currently possible. Is that the case?

I see someone else has already asked similary: Mozilla VPN availability on F-Droid would also be a plus.

I have Windows 11 and I installed Firefox Version 154. Now my bookmarks are lost and even when I type in regular websites it times out, instead of opening the website. How do I correct all of this?

Previously I'd click on STAR symbol (Edit this Bookmark) on Bookmark Toolbar, then under Location choose folder I wish, click Save and the new URL would go to that folder. Now it will not. I have to go to Recently Bookmarked and left click and drag it to the folder I wish. Above in Manage Bookmarks it is in there. Show Editor when Saving is checked. What settings do I need to change to return the the simple way of saving? Went to Trouble Shooting Page, Cleared the Cache, but too much lost if I refresh. don't understand Text or Raw Data. I only have a couple of apps, but what to do to save them?

The problem is illustrated in the first image attached: Google Maps shows no image, just solid black. This does not occur in browsers other than Firefox.

After restarting my laptop, the same problem persists, but on first going to the Google Maps website the usual image of my neighborhood flashes, then disappears to be replaced by the black.

The second attached image shows four possible causes and fixes offered by Google AI. I tried them all, and nothing made any difference. This image also shows that the thumbnail image appears when my cursor hovers over the tab in which Maps is open.

The only thing out of the ordinary I did before this problem occurred was browsing the Firefox Extensions on advice of Google AI to turn off the intrusive "Genius" AI pop-ups, but I didn't discover anything relevant and I don't think I made any changes.

I'd welcome any suggestions for what to try next,

After the latest update to Firefox (154.0.1) on Linux Mint, I discovered that ALL my passwords have been deleted. I recreated them and the next day they were missing again. I've been a faithful Firefox user since its early days. It was a good run but this is unacceptable and I'm going to delete FF and move to another browser. Too bad because I did like FF.

When I try to save a new URL, Web Page, by clicking on the "Star" on the tool bar menu, then selection my existing folder for my chosen location it is not saved, at least most of the time. It is however saved under Recently Bookmarked and is also in Manage Bookmarks. I can force it to save by selecting Bookmarks Menu. It then is at the bottom of all my saved folder. I then can copy and paste into my folder of choice. What do I need to do to make it save to the folder of choice immediately?

FF 154.0 will not create a backup file. Trying to create an initial backup to my D: drive (2 TB Samsung 990 Pro M.2 Gen 4 NVMe SSD with 86% free space). WIN Pro 25H2 Operating system, Intel Core i7-14700K CPU; 64 GB DDR5 - 5600 MHz Corsair Vengeance DRAM.

No matter what I do I can't get the initial backup to complete even though the D:/Restore Firefox folder was created. I consistently get this message, “Hmm, there was a problem with the backup. Please try again in a few minutes.” The message result of browser.backup.backup-debug-info is:

I have downloaded Firefox browser and used it on my other Mac. Firefox says than you for downloading, but I cannot find Firefox.dgm anywhere. What's happening. Both of my Macs are same

I installed the Firefox VPN and it worked fine for a week or two. Now, the VPN icon opens a box with a 'Get Started' link. Open that, then sign into Mozilla by hitting 'continue' and the Get Started link reappears and opens a new page with 'continue' , over and over. It seems stuck in a loop. Very frustrating.

before i used top tab out of my browser and my theme i downloaded for the theme section on the browser addons would stay but now every time i do it gose to a horrible blue theme instead how do i fix this to keep my normal theme when im tabbed out please and thanks i stream to i use this to keep chat open and when i tab out to game it goes horrible blue which never used to happen i dont like this and dont want it so someone please help me resolve the issue.

I can sign in with my Mozilla account as it asks me to do but the VPN does not activate. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

i have said many times that i keep getting Firefox running but not responding . i have contacted many places and complained had some of your r tech try and help now with the new update i am still getting it yet i was told it would be fixed. i have reinstalled i have removed and shut off some add ons cleared cache all but cookies and still i get it funny until the last 2 new versions i never had this problem it is a Firefox problem not mine. i would have thought you would have fixed it by now
