I need to change the email tied to my firefox account. That email is compromised and the verification method will not work since I no longer have access to the account. If there's any FireFox staff available, that'd be great

I need to update my email but to do so I am asked to write a code sent to the old email. that email is not longer existing so I cannot update nor change my email any help or suggestions? I am stuck in the login loop thank you

hello, the email account that I have used to create my firefox account has been hacked some time ago and I have completely lost any access to it. How can I change it in order to continue to use my firefox account?

I have a problem verifying a secondary email address for my Mozilla Account.

Whenever I click "Send verification code", the website confirms that the code has been sent, but I never receive any email.

I have already ruled out the usual causes:

The mailbox is working correctly. I receive emails from other senders without any problems. I checked the Inbox, Spam and Junk folders. I waited for more than 30 minutes and tried multiple times. I tested with different browsers and private browsing mode.

Most importantly, I tested two completely different email providers:

[email removed to protect user's privacy] (STRATO) [email removed to protect user's privacy] (Telekom Germany)

The verification email is not delivered to either address.

My email system was [email-removed]@indiana.edu and they changed it to [email-removed]@iu.edu. I can no longer receive email at the @indiana.edu account and I would like to migrate the bookmarks and other data like credit card info to my new Mozilla at [email-removed]@iu.edu. How can I do that when I cannot access the code being emailed to [email-removed]@indiana.edu?

I would like to ask for assistance regarding my Firefox Account.

My Firefox Account is currently associated with the email address:

Old email: [edited] @mail.ru

Unfortunately, this email account has been permanently deleted, and I no longer have any possibility to recover or access it.

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my Firefox Account, including all associated data, synchronization information, and authentication methods, to a new email address:

New email: [edited from community support forum] @gmail.com

I am currently signed in to the Firefox Account on my mobile devices and can provide information about them if necessary.
