Can receive emails but cant send. "Insufficent system storage" but have emptied trash and got rid of all surplus messages. can access and send from bordernet site but not Thunderbird.

I need a more permanent fix to the disappearing bookmarks issue when the file is in use by another entity. I have tried to fix it, read the instructions and when I start to apply the fix, the instructions disappear and now I have to depend on my faulty memory.

mac calendar keeps wanting me to use a password for Safari, which I do not use, which then passes me on to Chrome. Plus calendar is not syncing with phone anymore. Help

I migrated my Thunderbird installation to a new computer. The installation has 25 email accounts and is now requiring passwords be entered for each account including a couple of gmail accounts.

It was my understanding passwords would be migrated when using the export/import tool within Thunderbird. Is this not so?

Do I now need to change passwords for all email accounts? (because, of course these may have been written down years ago but cannot be located at this time. :-( ) Or, is there some way of restoring the email account passwords?

• • • side note: The migration was not seamless but mostly due to my own ignorance. When using the export/import tool from one Linux machine to another I found the following:

- Thunderbird versions must be the same on both computers - After export, file on USB drive was only accessible by root on new computer - export zip file needed to be copied to user account on new computer (from within root account) and ownership changed to [user]: -R (I imagine you could just change ownership on the USB but this seemed easier)

I tried unticking enable and it did NOT work. Help! I want the stupid filter gone. I have struggled for two years with the junk filter which does not work right. I have done shift J. The filter does NOT learn. A week aog, I saw that I could uncheck enable and that was supposed to stop the filter. That also did NOT work.

Today, an email I forwarded to myself from another platform went in junk. I never wanted any junk filter. It has been nothing but trouble and now I can't even disable it.

Why don't you allow me to sync by logging in, I log in, you gave me the second authentication (wooow security) to my mail, I copy and paste it and you proceed back to the login page saying incorrect password. great job at forcing to qr code, congratulations.

Suddenly today my address books went from alphabetical to totally random listing. I haven't intentionally changed anything. No idea what triggered this change? Help, please.

Hi there. Have tried everything but still can just receive and cannkt send emails for my personal outlook account that I recently created. Other old outlook accounts are working fine (can receive and send). Basicaly have done everything that sugested here on forum. Please help. Thanks a lot!

About two years ago, I created an account on Mozilla, and by then I'd already set up two-step authentication using the app's Authenticator. But then I had to reset Windows and lost my backup keys and other stuff. Soon after, I experimented with other browsers and forgot about Firefox (I also deleted the Firefox profile in the Authenticator app). Now I've decided to log into my account, but since I can't log in without the app, I figured there's an option to log in using the email linked to the account (I have access to it), but for some reason, they're asking me for an account recovery key. So, I know my email address and have the password for it, but I can't log into my account without the Authenticator app. To try this alternative, I need to know the account recovery key, but I've lost it too. So, I'd be very grateful if anyone knows a solution to this problem. For reference, I also logged out of my Mozilla account on other devices and I haven't received any emails related to this situation (like checking email, etc.).

Copying to clipboard does work. Sharing with other apps (e.g., Bluesky or Element) does work.
