I've lost the ability to paste text into an email. What is the fix?
From time to time, I lose the ability to paste text into an email I'm composing. I often copy or cut text from within the email I'm writing, or from another email draft or template, without problem... But every once in a while, perhaps after an update, I lose that capability. It happens rarely enough that I have forgotten what the fix is. Can you help me? This copy and paste feature is essential to my efficiency. Thanks!

Copy and paste are Windows functions. I suggest that you do a search for these problems with Windows and see what you find.
