Your system details list shows two Flash plugins, one a very old Flash 10.0 version that you should uninstall (remove).
- Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700
- Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32

Hi castaway, you are using a old version of firefox . Please update it . goto Help->About Firefox and it will be automatically updated.
