My new password shows up in Internet Explorer but not in Mozilla. I followed all the instructions that I got from Net Zero but I can't seem to change my password in Mozilla Firefox.

you said"click on the empty input field" I have no idea what you are talking about. What is an input field?

An input filed is the (text) field on the web page where you type the name or the password or other data.

If Firefox has saved data then you usually get a drop down list appearing if you type the first letter of a saved name.
You can highlight such an entry in the drop down list and press the Delete key if you want to remove that entry.
