Hello, when I try to login to my outlook.cz mail account, I get error screen that says: ''Server error The server returned the following message: User is authenticated but not connected.'' I searched online and I found, that I wasn't the only one getting this error. Everyone solved it by disabling ipv6 in thunderbird. I don't know how to do that on phone (I found how to disable it on pc). I have another outlook.cz account that I am logged into and it works fine (I logged in 2 weeks ago). Is it thunderbird problem or should I contact microsoft. Thank you in advance for your answers.
