Hi Divesh, sorry to hear about this problem. Could you check the Firefox Task Manager (Shift+Esc or about:processes), and click the Memory column header to look at what is using so much memory? It could be the browser, GPU, add-on process, or particular pages, or a combination of all of those. Regarding the crashes, is Firefox displaying the Mozilla Crash Reporter? If so, your Firefox may have logged some data that would help track down the cause of the problem. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution.
