why instead of stored password so I get UNLOCK FIREFOX?

Firefox saves my passwords but 90 percent of the time I just get UNLOCK FIREFOX so please tell me HOW TO UNLOCK FIREFOX?

What's the point of Firefox storing my passwords if all I get when trying to log in to a website is the MYSTERIOUS INSTRUCTION to Unlock Firefox?
