PLEASE do not post the same topic twice. It just clogs up the system. Patience is a virtue. To reclaim your profile, do this: click tools>developer tools>error console then enter openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml") and press reset button. You will then need to reenter passwords for email accounts in the profile.
