I had a folder that was its own folder. Now it's a sub-folder. I can only make it a sub-folder of another folder. How to fix this?? I have tried to drag the folder in between other folders, but that does not work...a circle with a line through it shows on the screen. Thanks. TomS Houston

Have you tried dragging the now-sub-folder to be a sub-folder at a higher level than you want? Then you can drag it from there to the correct place.
