I run Thunderbird on Windows 10 Pro Dell Desktop. The new version of Thunderbird (102.3.3) freezes for 6-8 seconds every time Thunderbird checks for new messages from Hotmail server. It is very annoying when you scroll message list or writing a new email. I have been using Thunderbird for many years and never had this problem until this latest release. Please look into it.

Better with version 102.4.0? If not, pop or imap accounts? What AV software are you using?
