I lost access to my Firefox log in email. I need to change my log in and the primary address. It asks me to go to my list email to get verification before I can add the new email. I need another way to receive a verification. Do I start over completely with a new Firefox account?

Yes - if you do not have access to the email account for your Firefox Account, you will need to set up a new Firefox Account.
