change storage folder
Hello is there a way to change folder where my emails are stored, I wish to use a different drive on my computer. thanks John

Hello there John. We have read your message. We try to help you.
Your local folders are on your pc or laptop that’s where the mails are stored. What is the intention to use a new drive on the pc? Was your Ssd broken?
You might need to create a backup or store your maps on a usb stick device to store it temporarily.
And paste your directory map into your new device or Ssd- card /drive.

Hello my intention is to store the emails on a larger drive on the same computer, I have a 500gb ssd that windows runs on and also have a 2tb conventional hard drive in the same computer that I use to store all my documents and files, so I want any data from Thunderbird to go straight to the 2tb drive . Thanks John
