On Windows 10? Mozilla VPN is a system-level solution. All of your browsers should use the VPN tunnel to access the internet, at least for HTTP: and HTTPS: requests; not sure about other protocols.

Do programs on your computer need to connect to a local network for printing or other services? You can enable a bypass to the tunnel in that case: I can't print wirelessly when Mozilla VPN is on.
