FF android download, has no homepage? Additionally, no bookmarks toolbar?

I have used FF on my desktop ... Forever. It has always been my 1st choice. However, I find using chrome, and silk on my tablet are limiting.

So, I downloaded FF today. Can't for the life of me figure out how to use it, (no homepage or toolbar) and if this is what it is . . . why I would use it?

Any suggestions?

P.s. I was able to synch my bookmarks, but again ... No toolbar!
