Hello Johnny,

As a test you can shut down the FF's running in memory and at same time. Then you can see if launching the new FF will work.

To shut down the FF processes, Open Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) then end all the processes that infer to FF.

Afterwards, launch the new FF via your Desktop.

Then tell us about the result(s)
