When I try to update the program, during the installation, I get the following message "You must restart your computer to complete a previous Thunderbird update".

The thing is that I have restarted ten times and it gives the same message in a loop without updating anything. I have been unable to access my accounts or migrate to another alternative email.

What should I do?
